Thoughts: Taking a vitamin has always been a part of what I do. I received a 30 day supply of Fembody Beauty Activator, 2 pills a day the supplements contain green tea if you are caffeine sensitive I would limit the amount of caffeine intake through out the day. In only a month I noticed my hair was shiny, looked thicker and my nails look great. I haven’t broke a nail in a month so that’s a plus.
